Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, this role is responsible for the receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of aircraft spares, ensuring full compliance with contractual, quality, safety and governance requirements. The Supply Clerk plays a key customer\u2011focused role, supporting maintenance and operational teams through accurate inventory control, ERP/SAP transactions and adherence to aviation, dangerous goods and defence regulations. The role responsibilities include:\n\n * Receive, inspect and record inbound and outbound aircraft spares\n * Pick, pack and dispatch parts with accurate documentation and final inspection\n * Perform inventory transactions using ERP/SAP systems\n * Identify, quarantine and manage non\u2011conforming or discrepant stock\n * Conduct stock takes, audits and investigate inventory discrepancies\n * Ensure compliance with Dangerous Goods, Defence and warehousing regulations\n * Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain a clean, safe work environment\n\n\n\nWhat we Offer:\n\n * A collaborative team environment with a focus on people first.
