What you’ll be accountable for:

  • Respond to inventory and supply queries professionally.

Continuous Improvement

  • Leverage your continuous improvement mindset to support improvements to inventory processes and controls.
  • Contribute insights from data analysis to strengthen planning discipline.
  • Help embed structured workflows and governance rhythms.

Success in 6-12 months will look like:

  • Demonstrated ownership of inventory data accuracy.
  • Improved visibility of supply risks before operational impact.
  • Strong credibility with internal stakeholders.
  • Contribution to improved stock health and allocation discipline.

What You’ll Bring

Experience

  • 2 years + in supply chain, logistics or operations (or a strong desire to learn).
  • ERP exposure (NetSuite advantageous but not essential).

Capability

  • Strong numerical aptitude and confidence interpreting data.
  • High attention to detail and structured working style.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Mindset

  • Accountable and reliable.
  • Team-oriented with curiosity.
  • Eager to build a long-term career in operations or supply chain.

Please note that we require full permanent working rights for this position.

  • A 50 per cent off employee discount on Eco Outdoor products
  • Company-sponsored shenanigans and activities to connect with your team and the broader Eco Outdoor crew, from axe-throwing escapades to lawn bowls and trivia nights
  • A culture of unbelievable hospitality… hello in house barista coffee machine
