We are looking for an Support Workers to fill a variety of shifts that we have avalible. Ideal candidates will possess a blend of disability experience, industry expertise, and relevant certifications. Full NDIS compliance is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality support and care in alignment with NDIS standards and guidelines.
• Work with steakholders to implement comprehensive care plans effectively.
• Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Apply industry expertise to address challenges and improve service delivery.
• NDIS Compliance: with NDIS regulations and guidelines is mandatory.

Qualifications:

• Relevant certification in disability support or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role with a track record of success.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
