Dignified Support is growing and are in need of Culturally Aware Disability Support Workers to join our family, working within the Northern Suburbs, Moreton Bay and Redlands regions. 

Dignified Support is seeking Hardworking, Focused and Integral Disability Support Workers to join our family.  We are a NDIS Provider that provides supports to people from all walks of life with disabilities throughout the South East Region.  We are focused on providing the right supports to those with a disability, aimed at empowering each participant to grow in independence and capacity to live their best life.

Skills, Experience & Certificates

• Valid QLD Driver's License and reliable vehicle

• Have flexibility to work on a rotating roster which includes days, afternoons and weekend shifts

• Have a Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (HLTAID0011) or willingness to obtain prior to commencing

• Be willing to provide a NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC)

• Have the ability and desire to support others with personal care and domestic duties in a respectful way

• Have the capacity to meet the physical requirements of the job that may include manual handling tasks

• Transferrable skills in providing care and compassion to others

• Have good communication and interpersonal skills
