Support Worker(Personal Assistant) - Growth-Minded Organization

My Place is a values-based organization that supports people with disabilities to pursue the lifestyle of their choice. 

We are seeking reliable, motivated support workers to provide support for a woman living in her own home in the Collie area.  The roles involve in-home support with daily living tasks and support to get out and about in the community. It also involves personal care and manual handling.  If you are enthusiastic, able to work autonomously, friendly and interested in enabling a woman to live an independent, happy life we would like to hear from you!  Training will be provided for non-experienced applicants with the right values and attitude. 

 Support Periods:

Daytime supports 10am-4pm (additional morning or evening hours maybe available)

Overnight supports 4pm to 10am

Weekdays and weekends short shifts morning and evening (1.5-2 hrs)

Weekdays and weekends 24hr shifts

 Other: Casual shift cover

 Driver's license, own vehicle, or transport to and from workplace, and willingness to complete the NDIS Worker Screening, NDIS Worker Orientation module and a medical are essential.
