They're currently on the lookout for a passionate Assistant Store Manager to join their team at Chadstone!

The Role
As the Assistant Store Manager you will be responsible for supporting with the smooth running of day-to-day operations. You will support your team through coaching and development in order to achieve results of a high standard, all whilst leading by example.

Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated retail management experience- Excellent communication skills
- Proven results achieving budgets, targets and KPI's
- Passionate about customer service, with a natural ability to connect with customers & build relationships
- Collaborative mindset and a passion for mentoring and developing a high-performing team
- A deep love for cooking or homewares advantageous
