sushi chef to join our team.

Responsibilities:
1. Cooking food and preparing ingredients
2. Ensuring high quality of dishes is maintained
3. Maintaining compliance with food safety regulations
4. Developing menus, assessing expenses for food and labour, and ordering supplies
5. Communicating and working with waiting staff
6. Training staff as required by demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures
Qualities & Skills Required:
1. At least 3 years of experience working in a professional kitchen with a focus on Japanese
cuisine
2. Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (Preferred)
3. Diploma of Hospitality Management (Preferred)
4. Solid understanding of traditional Japanese cooking techniques
5. Able to prepare dishes with precision and attention to detail
