The Opportunity 

You will be a part of the SWITCH 2 INFRASTRUCTURE program. This structured 12-month paid part-time training program will equip you to step confidently into a role in the infrastructure industry upon completion. Beginning with a comprehensive introductory intensive, you'll be immersed in various job placements to acquire relevant industry experience. You'll also be paired with a supportive buddy who will guide you through the process and serve as your support system. Throughout the 12 months, you'll have access to ongoing mentoring and coaching to ensure your success. 

Transferrable Skills 

You could have previously worked in any industry, a STEM background is not required! You will be a good fit for this opportunity if you have the following transferable skills: 

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills 
• Ability to read and understand contract clauses 
• Understanding of basic finance principles 
• Ability to resolve misunderstandings and disagreements 
• Data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel
