System Administrator

Position: System Administrator (Cloud/Hybrid)

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled System Administrator to join our team on a contract basis. This is an internship position, with the potential to become a permanent role for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and maintaining cloud and hybrid systems, as well as a strong understanding of networking, security, and server administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain cloud and hybrid systems for clients, ensuring optimal performance and uptime

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise

- Implement security measures to protect systems from cyber threats

- Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth integration of systems and applications

- Provide technical support and assistance to clients as needed

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cloud and hybrid system administration

- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new solutions and processes

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- 1-2 years of experience in system administration, preferably in a cloud or hybrid environment

- Strong understanding of networking, security, and server administration

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

- Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)

- Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash)

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication and customer service skills
