Our client, a well-established international leader in the fields of medical and safety technology, is seeking a dedicated and experienced System Administrator to take on a pivotal role in their workplace Infrastructure team.

Key Responsibilities: - Manage and support phone systems and Microsoft Intune, ensuring seamless operation and time management.
- Handle infrastructure networking, including servers and cloud hosting.
- Perform regular system administration tasks such as desktop backups, system restores, and laptop support.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Active Directory and Azure environments.
- Provide hands-on support for Cisco networking.
- Collaborate with a global team, with occasional training during overseas business hours (5-6pm).
Requirements: - 3-4 years of hands-on experience in a System Administrator role, with an experienced background in IT.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of phone systems and Microsoft Intune.
- Strong experience with infrastructure networking, servers, and cloud hosting.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Azure.
- Competence in Cisco networking.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and be trained.
- Ability to interact effectively with key business stakeholders.
- Must be available to work on-site 5 days a week, from 8:30am to 5:00pm.
About the Team: You will be joining a close-knit IT team of six, reporting directly to the IT Service Manager. You will be the sole technical representative for this space in Australia, providing crucial support and expertise. Our client offers on-site parking with undercover facilities and an earlier finish on Friday's for collaborative learning time.
