- 8-month contract – Possibility to Extend
- Up to $1300 p/d + Super – Depending on Experience

- 24 Hour Work Week
The primary purpose of the role is to manager System Assurance deliverables through planning, requirements specifications, risk assessment, hazard analysis, submission and review of documentation, and improvement of system performance for The Departments Interface projects. Key Accountabilities- Develop the internal processes and documentation to support the Systems Assurance process for this Government Department’s interface projects.
- Advise, guide and support projects in demonstrating compliance with relevant systems assurance processes, engineering standards and technical and user requirements, developing, documenting, and evidencing appropriate Safety Assurance arguments during all phases of the project.
- Perform Systems Assurance reviews including submission of comments to demonstrate compliance with Safety Assurance arguments and Goal Structuring Notation implementation.
- Ensure that risk assessments, risk controls and verification of implementation of risk controls are documented and managed by the project throughout the project lifecycle to ensure any residual risks can be accepted by the Department.
Key Challenges- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with deployed specialist resources, project and branch management teams and the wider Department community to enhance technical knowledge.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management, Systems Integration and/or equivalent professional qualification from a recognised tertiary institution.
