Systems Administrator / IT Technician

We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator / IT Technician to join our team. If you are happy and reliable with great customer service skills, then this position could be for you!

In the role you will:

• Contribute to the management of our ticketing system
• Answer incoming support calls
• Assist walk in customers
• Work out problems and provide solutions both remotely and onsite.
• Support Microsoft 365 and Microsoft operating systems
• Remotely monitor devices and perform daily checks
• Assist with project design and implementation

You will bring to this role

• 2+ Years of relevant IT experience
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft operating systems
• A current drivers license and vehicle
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to work alone unsupervised and within a team
• Effective time management and multitasking
• Strong communication and people skills
• Patient, courteous and friendly to all our customers and staff

This position is from 8:30 to 5:00 Monday to Friday
