About the Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated systems engineer with knowledge and experience working in modern enterprise environments.

Assume end-to-end ownership of our Patching Services for enterprise clients
Assume ownership for Ip.Glass internal systems, policies and system and security configurations.
Understanding and working effectively with the clients' IT infrastructure including desktop and Microsoft server and cloud technologies
Assisting with daily user support and administration
Work with technology vendors to provide effective support
Working on infrastructure projects
Assist wider team with project activities and implementations
Escalation of complex problems

Your Background

Microsoft Server skills
Experience working with Microsoft Server, Azure and Office 365 technologies
Proven experience in desktop management tools including group policy, logon scripts, powershell, sysprep, scripting, user profiles
Understands network concepts including firewalls, routing, VLANS, DHCP, DNS
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to be motivated and work well independently
