About you

For this role, we will consider how well you demonstrate: 

• Technical knowledge and experience in managing infrastructure in a complex mid-size organisation including systems, servers, storage, and communications management.
• Experience in a team providing Level 2 and Level 3 support in a mid-size organization.
• Ability to produce quality guides, work instructions, and technical documents.
• Ability to work in a team environment and develop effective working relationships with internal and external clients, team members, vendors, and end users
