We need someone who:

• MSP experience: Must have worked in an MSP environment supporting multiple clients.

• Experienced: 3 years experience delivering all aspects of a solutions stack – servers, O365, Cloud, Networking, Firewalls and storage.

Essential Skills needed:

• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft desktop & Server Products;
• Windows 7/8/10;
• Windows Server 2012/2016;
• SQL Server/Exchange Server/Active Directory/Office 365/Azure;
• Shadow Protect/3CX;
• Local and Cloud Based Backup software's and maintenance;
• Virus software and maintenance;
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Efficient time keeping skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks;
• Excellent organisational skills;
• Ability to use initiative and be highly proactive;
• Be an effective team member;
• Reliable and trustworthy;
• Paid on call weekends (approx. one weekend every 4-6 weeks)
