About You 

The successful candidate must show strong technical skills, have good interpersonal skills, and be self-motivated. You need to be able to work independently as well as collaborate well with a team and have great accuracy with strong time management skills.  

 You need to be a problem-solving thinker with good communication skills, both written and verbal.  

Responsibilities 

Manage customer expectations. 

Maintain documentation. 

Add to our technical repository and participate in company meetings. 

Provide advanced support for challenging problems to both company personnel and clients. 

Oversee the implementation of new projects. 

Requirements 

Knowledge of Microsoft platforms (Active Directory, Office 365, hybrid on-premises and Azure solutions. 

Knowledge of Microsoft Intune. 

Knowledge in enterprise network, wireless, server on HPE and Aruba platforms. 

Knowledge of Firewall Security (SOPHOS preferred). 

Experience with PowerShell. 

Enthusiasm for staying current with the most recent advancements in IT. 

Be prepared to complete work outside of business hours to achieve project outcomes as and when required. Limited occurrences but may be required. 

Desirable 

Relevant Industry Qualification (Microsoft). 

Relevant Tertiary Qualification.
