Systems & Integration Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our client as a Systems & Integration Lead. This pivotal role involves overseeing and coordinating the design, implementation, and integration of special systems introduced as part of a new project. The successful candidate will ensure these systems function seamlessly, integrating with existing systems to support efficient operations. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal and external project team members to understand requirements and translate them into technology solutions.
• Manage the identification, design, and delivery of technology solutions to meet project expectations.
• Assess current systems and develop recommendations for enhancements based on business requirements and operational analysis
• Lead the design phases of various special systems, including security, communications, and data management infrastructure
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and operational needs during the installation, testing, and commissioning of special systems

Key Skills Required:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in systems engineering and integration, preferably in transportation infrastructure 
• Experience in application of systems engineering, processes and tools to complex systems projects.
• Appropriate qualifications in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and integration techniques.
• Project management skills
• Knowledge of integrated security systems and IT infrastructure
