About the opportunity

KG Talent is looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Advisor to support hiring across a diverse and growing portfolio of businesses.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll partner closely with hiring managers, manage end-to-end recruitment, and help build a consistent, high-quality approach to talent. You’ll play a key role in shaping the candidate experience and contributing to the evolution of our TA function.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business units
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide market insights
• Source candidates through job boards, networking, and proactive search
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews in a timely manner
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS and support reporting
• Contribute to employer branding and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support TA and HR projects, including system enhancements and process optimisation

About you

• 2–3 years’ experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
• Experience using ATS platforms and online sourcing tools
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or similar (or equivalent experience)
• Exposure to blue-collar or high-volume recruitment is advantageous
