So, what’s the role?

We are seeking an experienced and truly collaborative Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. You will enjoy the challenge of identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support Bank First’s growth. You will work closely with hiring leaders and People & Culture Business Partners to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. You will apply your human approach and tech savvy expertise to our process and system to continually evolve the recruitment experience and our brand.

Key accountabilities for the role:

• Proactively partner with the business to pipeline and build talent pools for high volume or critical roles.
• Partner with the Chief People Officer, the Executive, senior leaders and the wider People & Culture team to determine the sourcing and assessment strategy for senior and niche SME roles.
• Lead and work closely with the Partnering team to enable the efficient delivery of all day-to-day recruitment activities.
• Review and evolve the assessment and selection approach to improve quality of hire.
• Supported by the People & Culture team, review the technology capability to support the experience and build a plan to continuously improve.

About you

You are a motivated and results driven professional with a strong passion for supporting internal career progression.  You pride yourself on your proactive approach and your ability to challenge and influence the business. You have experience in a similar role across various industries and have proven success implementing innovative sourcing strategies and resourcing models. You embrace technology while believing processes should be human centred.

You will also have:

• Strong time management and organisational skills to manage the pipeline and in-flight recruitment. 
• A growth mindset, always looking for opportunities to improve processes and systems. 
• Ability to analyse data and competency in Excel. 
• HR system knowledge, especially in relation to Applicant Tracking Systems and a passion for emerging technology to support people processes.
