About the Opportunity

This is a 8 month maternity leave contract ideal for a Talent Acquisition professional who is ready to step into a broad and dynamic role. You’ll work closely with an experienced team and supportive People & Culture team, gaining exposure to a complex and fast moving recruitment environment while being supported to learn, grow, and further develop your skills.

You are someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys being part of a supportive and inclusive team. You bring:

•  Approximately 2-3 years  experience as an Agency/In-House recruiter - Experience in the health industry desirable

• The confidence to step into a complex and evolving recruitment landscape.

• A proactive, solutions focused mindset and willingness to learn

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels

• Experience in sourcing candidates and creation of talent pools

• A team player attitude – happy to support others and contribute wherever required

Your new role:
 
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will partner closely with hiring managers and the wider People & Culture team to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes nationally.

Your responsibilities will include:

•   Collaborate and partner closely with stakeholders to attract and retain key talent

•   Managing end to end recruitment across multiple business units.

• Providing market insights and recruitment advice to hiring managers

• Delivering an outstanding candidate experience from attraction through onboarding

• Regular collaboration with internal stakeholders across the business

• Working alongside the TA team to bring innovative sourcing strategies and new ideas to life
