As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment delivery for our clinics. You will act as a trusted advisor to drive high quality recruitment performance utilising best practice attraction & sourcing strategies, and enabling smart, flexible and quality hiring decisions aligning to our overall culture of collaboration, innovation and customer focus. This is a hybrid and flexible working arrangement, with a base at our Sydney CBD office.  

What You’ll Be Doing 

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle: from briefing and advertising to screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer management 

• Partner with clinic and business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored hiring solutions 

• Design and execute sourcing strategies using multiple recruiting tools 

• Build talent pipelines for critical roles and future growth across clinical and corporate functions 

• Coach and support hiring managers on recruitment best practices, compliance, and inclusive hiring 

• Champion candidate experience, ensuring every interaction reflects I-MED’s commitment to care and professionalism 

• Collaborate with the broad People & Culture team on broader talent and culture initiatives 

• Travel occasionally to clinics to build relationships and support local hiring 

Who You Are 

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in high-volume environments and/or healthcare 

• Confident and credible in advising stakeholders and driving recruitment outcomes 

• Thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments 

• Enjoy building stakeholder capability and sharing recruitment knowledge 

• Comfortable with flexible work arrangements and occasional travel
