$70-80K Base + Super + Growth Potential

THE ROLE:

• Acquiring talent for a variety of roles across 3 states
• Creating, posting, and maintaining adverts on internet job boards
• Resume and phone screening
• Facilitating the candidate registration process and conducting face to face interviews (in person & via Zoom)
• Building effective relationships with candidates and clients
• Full database management
• Potential move into management position

• Previous experience sourcing high calibre candidates
• An outgoing and friendly personality
• A positive attitude and the hunger to succeed
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
