What You’ll Do
- Source top-tier commercial talent across APAC & South East Asia
- Write and send compelling outreach messages to engage passive candidates
- Screen CVs, conduct intro calls, and assess candidate fit
- Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and teams
- Maintain and update our ATS (we use Lever) and support scheduling/admin
- Contribute to team projects including employer branding, candidate experience, and hiring events
What We’re Looking For
- 2 +years in recruitment (in-house or agency), ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Confident sourcing across various functions and building strong pipelines
- Skilled in scheduling interviews and working across global calendars
- Familiar with recruitment tools and ATS platforms (Lever experience a plus)
- Proactive and self-motivated - you take initiative and drive things forward
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing priorities
- Collaborative, curious, and keen to learn
- Experience recruiting internationally
- Exposure to high-growth startups or product-led tech companies
- Hiring across both technical and commercial roles
