We're offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Advisor to join our team in Kalgoorlie on a 12-month fixed-term contract—with the potential for permanency.


 


Location: Kalgoorlie (residential)


Roster: 5/2, 4/3 (10-hour days) or 5/2 (9-hour days)


 


This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong relationships, and is passionate about delivering a high-quality recruitment experience.

Here's what awaits you:


As a Talent Advisor, you will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Your key responsibilities include:



  • Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions

  • Draft and publish job advertisements, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communications

  • Oversee pre-employment checks and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

  • Facilitate onboarding and site mobilisation for new employees

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles

  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and process HR-related invoices

  • Represent Northern Star professionally at industry and recruitment events


 


 


To thrive in this role, you'll need:


 


Experience: Previous recruitment experience and strong organisational and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. A proactive approach and commitment to delivering a seamless candidate experience.


 


Qualifications: Any recruitment related qualification/Human Resource relevant qualification is welcome but not essential.
