• Oversee frontline recruitment to meet staffing needs of hotels following hotel and company guidelines.
• In line with Accor Hotels and Hotel initiatives coordinate and implement activities around inclusion and diversity, CSR, wellbeing, national and international recognised days.
• Ensure that Onboarding Experience is prioritised and contributes to driving retention.

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 12-18 months experience in a T&C/HR Administration role in a Hospitality environment.
• Sound knowledge of HR processes, including some IR legislation.
