We are partnering with a leading education provider in search of a Talent Manager on a 2-year contract, with possibility of extension!

The Role: As the Talent Manager you will hold a pivotal role in reviewing their current recruitment process and strategy of the organisation. The Talent Manager will be responsible to implement necessary changes across the business to ensure its seamless operation. You will also work closely with internal stakeholders to strategically manage the organisations workforce planning.
As the manager, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy overseeing a small team. You'll need a passion for recruitment and expertise in workforce planning to hit the ground running. This is a full-time contract for 2 years with the potential for extension
Duties: - Work closely with the head of Human Resources to review and implement changes to the recruitment processes
- Manage headcount, budgeting and strategies through workforce planning
- Support the Human Resources Advisor with any recruitment needs
- Collaborate with the team to develop a detailed workforce plan to deliver on future staffing needs
- Oversee the recruitment process and activity and support as required
- Built rapport with internal and external stakeholders and provide insights and support
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Head of Human Resources
- Comply with the education providers WHS policies and procedures
- Any other duties as requested by the Head of Human Resources
The ideal candidate: - Previous experience working in a similar role preferably internal recruitment
- Experience in the Higher Education Sector (preferred but not essential)
- Proven experience in workforce planning
- Excellent experience in building rapport with stakeholders
- Exposure to implementing changes in recruitment processes
- Experience with HRIS systems is ideal though not essential
- Proven exposure to interpreting and translating business requirements
