You will be a skilled and motivated Tax Accountant keen to join a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns accurately and efficiently.
Conduct tax research, analyze complex tax issues, and provide strategic recommendations to clients to minimize tax liabilities and maximize savings.
Assist clients with tax planning, including advising on deductions, credits, and tax-deferred investment opportunities.
Stay abreast of changes in tax laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and mitigate risks for clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and acting as a trusted advisor on tax matters.
Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for process improvements, streamline workflows, and enhance service delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or similar certification preferred.
3+ years of experience in tax accounting, preferably in a public accounting firm or professional services environment.
Strong technical knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations, with expertise in individual and business taxation.
Proficiency in tax preparation software. Experience of Xero preferred.
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate with colleagues in a team-oriented environment.
