Your new role As the new Team Assistant, you will become an integral part of a dynamic and fast-paced firm located in the heart of Adelaide's CBD. You will play a key role in supporting partners and ensuring seamless operational effectiveness across the business. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and maintaining accurate minutes of meetings
Driving initiatives and ensuring successful implementation
Developing and managing strategic partnerships
Overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency
Providing ad hoc administrative support as required
Demonstrating strong diligence and attention to detail across all tasks
Assisting with work that extends beyond firm-specific duties
Managing partners' needs and providing high-level support
Maintaining efficient workflow processes
Preparing and distributing meeting agendas
Ensuring accuracy in documentation and correspondence
Monitoring and managing partners' diaries and schedules
What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
Strong typing skills (minimum 60 wpm with 98% accuracy)
Proficiency across MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a friendly and professional manner
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with partners, supervisors and broader staff
