Job Description - Team Assistant

This leading accounting and advisory firm is seeking a Team Assistant Your new company

Your new role
As the new Team Assistant, you will become an integral part of a dynamic and fast-paced firm located in the heart of Adelaide's CBD. You will play a key role in supporting partners and ensuring seamless operational effectiveness across the business. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate minutes of meetings
  • Driving initiatives and ensuring successful implementation
  • Developing and managing strategic partnerships
  • Overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency
  • Providing ad hoc administrative support as required
  • Demonstrating strong diligence and attention to detail across all tasks
  • Assisting with work that extends beyond firm-specific duties
  • Managing partners' needs and providing high-level support
  • Maintaining efficient workflow processes
  • Preparing and distributing meeting agendas
  • Ensuring accuracy in documentation and correspondence
  • Monitoring and managing partners' diaries and schedules
  • What you'll need to succeed
    To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • Strong typing skills (minimum 60 wpm with 98% accuracy)
  • Proficiency across MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a friendly and professional manner
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with partners, supervisors and broader staff
