Team Assistant

The Role

This newly created role is a fabulous opportunity for a bright, motivated candidate to thrive in a busy office environment. Working alongside a lovely EA, you'll enjoy lots of variety as you help with the day to day running of the office and provide support and assistance to a busy team. 

Responsibilities

• Prepare correspondence and presentations
• Coordinate travel and accommodation
• Help coordinate client and team events
• Liaise with a range of stakeholders on behalf of the team
• Liaise with sponsorship partners
• Reconcile credit cards and expenses
• Manage office supplies and office maintenance
• Various ad hoc office support to the wider business 

Skills and Experience

This is a varied Team Assistant role that will be a great springboard for a motivated, career oriented candidate. We’re looking for a bright, bubbly and personable individual, with excellent communication skills, outstanding attention to detail and a pro-active, helpful manner. You will be IT savvy with strong MS Office skills, coupled with office experience in a similar role.
