Property Network of Australia is recruiting for an experienced Office Manager/Team Assistant to take on a role working for a specialist Commercial property agency operating across greater Brisbane with the head office located in Brisbane’s city fringe. The role is centred around providing a quality end-to-end service of the company’s sales & lease campaigns and the effective day-to-day coordination of various financial, managerial and administrative tasks. The successful Office Manager/Team Assistant will be responsible for maintaining positive team rapport within the office whilst ensuring relevant office duties and tasks are performed to the highest standard. Our client has a policy where possible to promote from within so this is a genuine opportunity to position yourself within a role that could potentially lead to a career in agency sales and leasing.
   
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  
  • End-to-end service of our sale & lease campaigns
  • Creation of detailed commercial information memorandums & proposals
  • Electronic direct marketing creation & disbursement
  • Detailed financial breakdowns for large-scale assets
  • Creation & distribution of all public & internal marketing material
  • Extensive design work internally & for clients
  • Provide EA support to the Directors
  • Client relationship management
  • Contracts administration
  • General office operations
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
  • Past experience working in an administrative/office manager role within a real estate environment
  • Proficiency in inDesign, Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite platforms valued
  • Able to prioritise and work under deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a similar role highly valued 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
