This key leadership role, reporting to the Senior Compliance Manager, sits in the Legal and Compliance team and will manage a combination of Senior Consultants, Adjustment Specialists, Consultants, and Administration experts who are passionate about ensuring employer contributions and worker entitlements are collected correctly and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Motivate, support and guide members of the Employer Obligations Team to drive a high performance culture by conducting thorough one on ones and delivering effective feedback for the team to learn and grow
  • Manage employer campaign delivery to ensure the most effective return and payment compliance measures are being implemented
  • Empower team to manage debt portfolio through efficient debt write off process
  • Work closely with key inhouse legal stakeholders to maintain oversight of prosecution matters
  • Punctual delivery of compliance reporting and operational insights across the team
  • Ensure a culture of continuous improvement, quality service level delivery which will result in a superior member experience
  • Be the escalation point for customer issue resolution and instill a culture of continuous learning

Skills Required:

  • Demonstrated examples of leading high-performance, value-based teams
  • Experience in inspiring and guiding team members to reach their full potential and excel in their role requirements
  • Exemplary relationship building and stakeholder management
  • Multiple examples of effective problem solving
  • Proven leadership in a call-centre environment ideal

Qualifications: 

  • Relevant professional or tertiary qualifications
