You will lead a dynamic and tight knit team within our Gold Coast branch based in Robina. Reporting to the Area Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your Occupational Rehabilitation career and lead a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional service delivery in supporting people return to health, work and life!

Relocation support is provided for interstate candidates looking for a move to Sunny QLD!  

 As a Team Leader, some of your day to day includes: 

• Lead, coach and support a team of consultants to deliver high quality occupational rehab services
• Drive team performance in achieving positive RTW outcomes and meeting billable targets
• Support onboarding, training and ongoing development of team members
• Overseeing quality assurance, file reviews and compliance with service standards
• Foster a high performing, values driven team culture focused on continuous improvement.

• Experience in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry highly regarded;
• Tertiary allied health qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Social Work, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
• Full Professional Registration with AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC or AASW
• Demonstrated skills in leadership and/or experience in a similar role;
• Able to grow our services and build strong relationships with key customers;
