Your Opportunity
At Mission Australia, we believe strong communities are built on respect, inclusion and genuine connection. We are proud to be expanding our service footprint through new locations delivering the Community Living Support (CLS) program. CLS provides planned, person‑centred supports within clear service frameworks, promoting independence, safety and meaningful participation in community life, supporting people with mental health challenges to live and recover in the community in the way that they want to.
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Team Leader to join the CLS Program. This role offers the opportunity to both lead a small team and remain connected to frontline service delivery.
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will provide strong leadership and day-to-day operational oversight to a small team of four exceptional people who provide support to clients with severe and persistent mental health issues, while also maintaining a small caseload of clients to stay connected to client outcomes. You will play a key role in ensuring our services are delivered with empathy, integrity, and a strong focus on recovery and empowerment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a people-focused role, is committed to recovery-oriented practice, and is eager to make a meaningful impact in the community.
