About the Role

We have an opportunity for a motivated, passionate and driven full-time Team Leader to help lead our customer service team and exceed all guest expectations, ensuring key business performance targets are met. The successful candidate will be a strong people leader who thrives on motivating and developing others to drive a high-performing culture, where shaping lasting memories is at the heart of everything we do.

The Team Leader ensures effective delivery of the day-to-day operational needs, including:

1. Team Development: Lead and develop team members to enhance performance, support the employee lifecycle, and foster a positive, goal-oriented culture with open communication.
2. Operational Oversight: Consistently meet daily operational requirements, ensuring compliance with procedures and WHS regulations, while executing administrative tasks like rostering and payroll processing.
3. Engagement and Marketing: Prioritise team engagement and collaboration, facilitate internal marketing initiatives to boost customer spend, and drive package uptake.
4. Performance Improvement: Implement strategies for enhanced performance and resource management, while assisting the Operations Manager in driving growth aligned with operational goals.

This position works on a rotating roster across Monday to Sunday between 9:00am – 11:00pm, and outside these hours where required.

• Highly organised with advanced time management capabilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners while identifying new opportunities.
