The Role: 

• Lead and nurture a small team
• Hands on role
• Provide ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
• Monitor and assess team performance 
• Conduct and facilitate weekly team meetings.
• One on Ones with the property managers
• Deliver specialized Property Management training and individualized coaching.
• Keep informed of legislative changes and industry trends.

To be considered for this role, the successful applicant must: 

• Prior experience as a Senior Property Manager or Team Leader
• Proficient in property management software
• Be well presented and well spoken
• Have a strong work ethic with a “can do” attitude
• Be able to work efficiently and effectively under pressure
• High attention to detail for processes and procedures
• A commitment to continuous improvement and learning
• Strong negotiation, organisation and time management skills
• A commitment to providing the highest levels of customer service
• Have a current Agents Representative Certificate and driver's license
