The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join Family Life as a Team Leader working within The Orange Door BPA and working across our Family Life sites. The Orange Door Partnership provides a free, integrated intake, assessment and referral service for people experiencing family violence, those using violence who want to change their behaviour, and families needing support for the wellbeing and development of children and young people.
The Team Leader provides operational management of a Hub team within the Orange Door which includes managing workloads across the team, and providing oversight and guidance to team members. The Team Leader will be required to work collaboratively with 10 multidisciplinary, inter-Agency teams.

You are Bachelor qualified in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Family Therapy or a related field and are eligible for membership of an appropriate professional association. You must also meet the Victorian Government's Mandatory Minimum Qualifications (MMQ) Policy requirements for specialist family violence practitioners.
You are an experienced and values-driven leader who is passionate about improving outcomes for children, young people and families. You thrive in collaborative environments and bring strong leadership, practice knowledge and relationship-building skills.
