About the role

• Lead a team of individuals including those roles at the top level of the Case Manager Framework
• Collaborate with the team to develop strategies to achieve appropriate outcomes as required within the business, ensuring adherence to relevant legislative requirements
• Ensure customer expectations and business objectives are met by maximising team performance through effective management, coordination of duties, maintenance of standards and continuous improvement of business process
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the insured, legal providers and brokers
• Participate in regular claims reviews while encouraging a collaborative and multidisciplinary approach being applied to claims considerations
• Ensure compliance with Workers Compensation Injury Management Act 2023, including principle and standards as set out by the regulator.

About you

• Experience in empowering people to realise their highest potential by recognising and developing individual and team performance, and building talent pipelines for future needs
• Understanding of relevant regulatory and/or legislative compliance requirements that impact the organisation
• Ability to manage client expectations to ensure matters are appropriately triaged and dealt with in accordance with an agreed timeline and scope
• Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools
• A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape
