We’re looking for an experienced Team Manager to join our Major Client Group (MCG) — a role where your leadership, credit expertise and client focus will directly influence some of the bank’s most complex and high-value relationships.

At CommBank’s Major Client Group, we partner with Australia’s largest and most sophisticated businesses — typically with $150m+ turnover and $50m+ in lending exposure.

You’ll be part of a high-performing, growth-focused team that combines deep sector expertise with innovative banking solutions to deliver meaningful outcomes for clients across industries including entertainment, leisure, tourism and professional services.

In this role, you’ll lead and develop a team of Associates, driving performance, capability and a strong customer-first culture.

You will:

  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional client outcomes
  • Partner with senior stakeholders and product specialists to support complex, high-value transactions
  • Drive a culture of accountability, ownership and continuous improvement
  • Embed a strong risk and compliance mindset, ensuring best practice outcomes
  • Champion customer experience and NPS, delivering responsive and high-quality service
  • Leverage technology and innovation to improve processes and enhance team productivity
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen capability and future-proof your team
