About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Team Manager to provide national leadership through the strategic oversight, coordination and delivery of more than 120 mission events each year, with approximately 80% focused on children’s and youth camps and events
You will lead and support a national team of 4 state-based Event Coordinators, while also carrying a significant hands-on load. The role combines strategic leadership with operational excellence and strong missional alignment, ensuring all events are safe, compliant and well supported.
This full-time position requires flexibility to work weekends and participate in overnight camp stays, with time in lieu provided. The role may be based anywhere in Australia, with a preference for Redfern, Sydney, and is remunerated at Hay Level 15.
