AFP Corporate – Team Member
As a Corporate Team Member, you work under the broad direction of the CCSU Team Leaders, the Assistant Corporate Business Partner and the Corporate Business Partner. You are a motivated, skilled and client focused professional, who is forward thinking in delivering high calibre services to achieve desired outcomes. You work autonomously with minimal supervision, providing corporate services as a subject matter expert to a diverse range of stakeholders including Command Executives and frontline staff.
You develop and mentor team members, adopt change and influence behaviours that lead to a supportive culture that respects the perspectives, talents and values of each individual consistent with the AFP values, AFP Core Leadership Continuum, AFP Corporate Plan and your Performance Development Agreement.
Team Member Commercial – Fleet, Assets and Building
The Commercial team support the Command through the delivery of asset management, fleet services, and building services aligned with the CCSU service offer. You are responsible for working collaboratively with the Chief Finance Officer Portfolio and your team to drive and support efficient, effective and compliant commercial services across the Command.
You are dynamic and flexible in your approach to day-to-day work, have the ability to prioritise and multitask, engaging multiple stakeholders and corporate centres of excellence to deliver high-level outcomes to foster a positive reputation and trust in the team.
As a Fleet, Assets and Building Team Member, you support the Command to manage their commercial requirements effectively through timely and accurate advice and analysis.
