Rugby World Cup Australia is looking for 4 x Team Services Coordinators to join the team delivering Men’s Rugby World Cup 2027. Based in our Sydney CBD office, you will play a key part in supporting participating teams from around the world throughout their tournament journey. Working closely with the Team Services Managers, you will support the delivery of services to Participating Teams through effective project coordination, information management, logistics support and stakeholder engagement.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the delivery of a world-class sporting event while collaborating with internal stakeholders, service providers and tournament experts.
This role is ideal for a highly organised and proactive coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing multiple priorities. From coordinating team visits and training schedules to supporting project administration, stakeholder engagement, and tournament-time operations, no two days will be the same!
