Tech Lead / Lead Engineer

Lead the design, development, and support of Oracle Financials Accounting Hub (FAH) solutions. Work across both functional and technical areas to ensure smooth implementation and integration with financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Oracle FAH implementation and support projects
  
• Gather and understand business requirements from finance teams
  
• Design accounting rules and mappings in FAH
  
• Develop and customize technical components (PL/SQL, integrations, reports)
  
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
  
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
  
• Guide and mentor junior team members
  

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Oracle FAH
  
• Good understanding of finance/accounting concepts
  
• Experience in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL
  
• Knowledge of Oracle Financials / ERP systems
  
• Problem -solving and leadership skills
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Oracle Cloud / EBS
  
• Integration experience (APIs, interfaces)
  
• Good communication and stakeholder management
