A growing Managed Service Provider headquartered in Melbourne requires a Technical Account Manager for a permanent opportunity commencing ASAP, to be based in Brisbane. Your new role
In this exciting role, you will be:

Managing a portfolio of 20 clients, undertaking IT support, project delivery and service delivery responsibilities.

Aligning clients' IT infrastructure to best practice standards set by the company.

Making recommendations to help improve the client's technical environment.

Conducting Technical Alignment Reviews and regular onsite visits.

Identifying risks and sales opportunities and providing recommendations.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with the assigned client base.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application, you will need:

Demonstrated experience in a Service Delivery Manager or Technical Account Manager role.

Sound knowledge of Windows Server, Azure, Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, VMware / Hyper-V and Network troubleshooting.

Experience with Halo PSA, Ninja RMM and IT Glue is advantageous.

Prior experience working within a Managed Service Provider.

A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, Microsoft, ITIL, Cisco and VMware certifications are beneficial.

A current driver's license and vehicle.
