The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced ITSM specialist to provide analysis on one of Australia’s most significant technology programs, and cloud system implementations.
Working closely with Service Owners, the scope of the role is broad and includes the management and controls over the system, infrastructure, data, monitoring, security, release, continuity and risk activities.
You will need to technically analyse the cloud technology solutions and services and then document (aligned with COBIT & ITIL frameworks) the appropriate life-cycles, models, & processes, to ensure the smooth running of support solutions.
In order to be successful in this role you will need:
- 5+ years of ITSM experience with mission critical applications
- Expertise working with cloud platforms – AWS, GCP
- Strong knowledge of ITIL & COBIT frameworks
- Skills with ITSM platforms – ServiceNow.
- Exposure to Agile practices/tools
- Knowledge of containerisation, Kubernetes and CI/CD
- Understanding of risk management best practices.
- Experience within financial services/clearing & settlements would be ideal
