Salary: $140k - 160k + super
Start: ASAP
Location: Sydney (hybrid working)

Role(s):

Our client is a well known Australian brand, looking for a Technical Business Analyst to help them with the delivery of a niche analytics/digital project.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver agreed outcomes to the highest quality and do so in a timely manner
• Act as Project Lead on outcomes you own
• Contribute to the development and lead implementation of project outcomes
• Work with client teams per the authority delegated to you from time-to-time
• Lead and document outcomes from workshops
• Management of resources and act as the business intermediary between technology and business teams
• Ensuring client deliverables are met and all processes and procedures are adhered to
• Ensuring other tasks assigned to you are completed to the highest quality

Experience

• 5+ years' of experience as a Business Analyst within the Digital environment building web or mobile app (preferably) solutions
• Strong knowledge of digital analytics platforms, preferably Google 360
• Web/digital analytics experience - Google Analytics and Tableau dashboards
• API Analysis using Postman
• Background in Agile delivery is essential
• Proven track record in understanding target customer experience segments and needs
• Strong understanding and experience in customer and product discovery, implementation and measurement processes
• Strategic mindset and ability to communicate vision
• Proven track record in prioritising features in an agile environment
• Strong understanding and use of modern digital frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, lean, design thinking, human-centred design, process mapping, flow charting, acceptance testing and others
• Excellent communicator, collaborator with high emotional intelligence to help steer product development to product outcomes
• Robust stakeholder engagement and management skills
• Comfortable facilitating workshops, and presenting to senior management
• Able to work with a high degree of autonomy and is proactive with initiative and a bias for the customer
