Your New Role
As a Senior Techno-Functional Consultant - Foundational Supports, you will be a senior member of the Information Services function, responsible for the design, delivery and ongoing support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions.
You will lead the implementation of an end-to-end Client Relationship Management (CRM) platform supporting a major Foundational Supports program within Disability Services. This work sits within a multi-year digital transformation initiative and plays a critical role in enabling accessible, user-centred services for both internal and external users.
Working closely with architects, technical leads, business analysts and product owners, you will translate complex business needs into scalable, accessible and high-quality Dynamics 365 solutions. For the right contractor, there is strong potential for extended engagement as the program evolves.
To be successful in this role, you will bring a strong blend of technical depth, functional leadership and stakeholder collaboration, including:

Extensive experience as a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer and Techno-Functional Consultant, with a strong focus on Dynamics 365 Customer Service
Proven capability across Dynamics 365 configuration, customisation, managed solutions and ALM build and release processes
Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into functional designs, technical specifications, user stories and wireframes
Strong hands-on expertise in workflows, plug-ins, Power Automate, Power Apps (Portals and Canvas Apps), integrations and data migration
Experience conducting business and data analysis, entity modelling and integration mapping
Solid working knowledge of Azure services, Azure DevOps, and Git
A strong commitment to user experience, accessibility and inclusive design, including WCAG 2.1 compliance
Experience working in agile delivery environments, contributing to sprint planning, story grooming, UAT and continuous improvement initiatives
The ability to mentor peers, share knowledge and uplift team capability
