Job Description:

On behalf of our public sector client, Affinity is seeking a Technical Functional Analyst, Oracle EBS - HCM, to support sustainment activities and assist with the transition from Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to Oracle

Fusion HCM. This role will focus on maintaining and supporting the current Oracle EBS HR and Payroll environment while contributing to data conversion, integration development, reporting development, and coexistence activities as part of a multi-phase cloud transformation program.

Deliverables:
• Provide technical and functional support for Oracle EBS HR and Payroll modules
• Support day-to-day sustainment activities, troubleshooting, and production support
• Develop and support data conversion activities between Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion HCM
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, HDL, extracts,

and related technologies
• Develop and support reports in Oracle Fusion HCM using OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, and related

reporting tools
• Support coexistence architecture between Oracle EBS, Fusion HCM, and other enterprise applications
• Assist with testing activities including SIT, UAT, payroll validation, and integration testing
• Support quarterly release assessments and environment migration activities
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and implementation partners throughout the transition program

Required Experience:
• Strong experience with Oracle EBS HRMS and Payroll
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM integrations, reporting, and data conversion
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HDL, HCM Extracts, REST/SOAP APIs, PL/SQL, OTBI,

and BI Publisher
• Experience supporting enterprise integration and coexistence strategies during cloud transformation

projects
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders

Skills that would be an asset:
• Experience with SSO/MFA integration and identity management concepts
• Experience with Azure/Entra ID integrations
• Experience with UKG or workforce management integrations
• Experience in public sector, transportation, or unionized environments
• Familiarity with DevOps, release management, and environment migration practices

• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment
