The Company

We're partnering with a fast-growing Australian financial services organisation undergoing a major technology transformation and looking for a highly technical Full Stack .NET Tech Lead to help drive the next phase of their engineering capability.

The Role

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll remain close to the code while mentoring developers, shaping architecture decisions, and leading the delivery of modern cloud-native applications.

You'll play a key role in a large-scale modernisation program, including the migration of legacy applications from .NET Core 3.1 to .NET 10, while helping uplift engineering standards, DevOps practices, and platform capability across the business.

You'll work closely with a local engineering team alongside a well-established offshore development function, providing technical leadership across both onshore and offshore delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of scalable full stack .NET applications
• Drive the migration and modernisation of existing platforms to the latest .NET ecosystem
• Provide technical leadership across architecture, engineering standards, and best practices
• Mentor and support developers across onshore and offshore teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders across product, architecture, and engineering
• Champion cloud-native development and DevOps practices within Azure environments
