Job Description :

This requirement is
to rebuild Role Based Permission (RBP) in SuccessFactors (including HCM in
S/4HANA where appropriate) to remove its complexity and significantly reduce
the data privacy risk.

The project will
rebuild RBP to ensure:

RBP can be adequately
maintained and governed.

Updates to RBP are
consistent.

Personnel can access
the information and system elements in SF they are entitled to and are
restricted from accessing the information and system elements in SF they are
not entitled to

Description of the
Work:

Key accountabilities
for the Technical Requirements Specialist:

Core mandate

To meticulously
document and translate the complex RBP solution design and GRC control
requirements into execution -ready technical documentation, ensuring zero
ambiguity for the downstream configuration and build teams.

Requirements

Key Accountabilities

Work in direct
support of the Technical Configuration Lead to document all workshops,
analyses, and design decisions.

Author and maintain the definitive set of technical documentation,
including configuration workbooks, functional specifications, and the
requirements traceability matrix.

Ensure every
"Critical Control" is explicitly and unambiguously mapped from its
source to its corresponding technical requirement.

Manage the formal
review, version control, and stakeholder sign -off process for all technical
documentation.

Prepare and conduct
formal "walk -throughs" of the documentation for the build team to
ensure 100% comprehension before the Execution phase commences.

Must have skills :

•           
A specialist with proven, recent experience producing "build -ready"
technical documentation for SAP (SF or S/4HANA) projects.

•           
Hands -on experience and understanding of SAP Success factor Role based
permission (RBP) and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance)

•          Exceptional,
meticulous attention to detail and a "right -first -time" mindset.

•           
Ability to work at a high pace and manage complex, iterative documentation
sets.
