Engineering.com has recognized it as the fastest-growing CAD system, and Onshape offers an exciting opportunity to help expand its footprint over North America. \n \nRole Overview: \n \nWe are seeking an energetic and highly skilled individual to join the Onshape Technical Services team. The ideal candidate is articulate and experienced in delivering engaging product demonstrations. You will collaborate with a fast-paced, in-office team at the PTC HQ in Boston\u0027s Seaport District, supporting our sales efforts by showcasing our product to potential new customers. This role demands a strong understanding of engineering applications (CAD, PDM, PLM, CAM, FEA, etc.) and the ability to effectively communicate our product\u0027s unique features. You will play a crucial role in introducing a next-generation product design platform to a broader audience. This role requires a 2-3 day per week in-office minimum. \n \nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Master our product and become an expert user.\n * Collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver exceptional product demonstrations.\n * Act as a product expert, addressing questions from customers and prospects.\n * Develop technical product-related marketing content.\n * Expand our ever-growing library of demonstration content.\n * Liaise with the development team to relay feature requests from customers and prospects.\n * Continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.\n\n\n\n \nRequired Skills:\n\n * Experience with mechanical CAD software (Onshape, SOLIDWORKS, Autodesk Inventor, Creo, Siemens NX, etc.)\n * Experience in delivering product demonstrations.\n * Experience in troubleshooting complex customer requirements.\n * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.\n * Bachelor\u0027s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering, or a technical equivalent.\n\n\n\nPreferred Skills:\n\n * Experience and familiarity with PDM or PLM products (SOLIDWORKS PDM, Windchill, Autodesk Vault, Siemens Teamcenter)\n * Experience with engineering software such as CAM, FEA/CFD, ECAD.\n * Must have valid working rights in Australia\n\n\n\nLife at PTC is about more than working with today\u2019s most cutting-edge technologies to transform the physical world.
